Won on stake in the US with a VPN anybody know how I report these winnings to the IRS legally?
report all gambling winnings as “Other Income” on Form 1040 or Form 1040-SR (use Schedule 1 (Form 1040)

Is it not possible to just shift the money over to Coinbase and then spend it in various places without reporting it?
From my understanding, you only need to pay taxes on crypto when you transfer it into US Dollars. Otherwise it just stays as crypto.
The book isn’t going to tell the IRS, so… that’s up to to. I dunno, do you like your giving taxes on gambling winnings so somebody can go spend their EBT at Burger King???

When using a VPN on stake don’t you have to have a physical address or anything? They let you just withdraw to your coinbase without any verification? Honest question.
