I’m a Ukrainian. And that is CRAZY! Ik that the cores are cheap there. But, damn, just make the purchase available only from a ukrainian card or freaking use “Дія.підпис” (the app “Дія” is an app where your e-documents are shown and “Дія.підпис” is a way of giving someone access to your documents to log in somewhere (just like “Log in with Google”))
