Warning to anyone thinking of using Gamdom

Their terms of service are complete fabrication, as per their terms to prevent mis-use, abuse, or activity from minors all accounts are to go through various stages of KYC, at deposits of $2000 and a final one at $5000. During which accounts are unable to deposit, withdraw, top players or place bets.

They directly break this term; with my first deposit being $10,000, and no such restrictions imposed on account.
I hit a win on HopNPop for $18,000 and attempted to withdraw $12,000 and play with $6000. Balance reverted to play balance instead of “pending” or “confirming” I just got a message that stated “BTC balance low, system notified” by this point I had a VIP host called Wayne as I wagered such an amount, he insisted their wallets just needing filling and I’d be able to withdraw very shortly.
As a natural gambler I quickly went back to the slots playing at a higher stake. Lost it, no problem deposit more. Another $10,000. Then $15,000 then a $20,000 totalling $164000 in BTC.
(Blockchain proves this as well as my deposit history)
Still no restriction,
Started getting some luck and insanely got my balance back to $220,000

This is where further direct abuse started. Attempted with draw same message, panicked. Asked host, said it was refilling and wait - went to try to sleep, 5 hours later tried again, same thing host insisting patience while they do checks on the game -
1 day, 2 days, no working withdrawals - one week later they’ve edited the website and claimed a max potential of 1,338 X. Whilst previously being 36000 X. Banned my account and stopped contact with my main account.

Made countless new accounts and asked about various things then sent them all the screenshots of their direct exploitation -
They state this 6 year old casino hasn’t set up their kyc still and advertise it deceptively
They claim slot potential was changed by coincidence by the provider and “not because you won huge” but every single other casino runs from 10,000 X to over 100,000 X potential.

Been trying to resolve for 5 months; and keep getting banned with no result. Casino Guru have tried and failed to get contact. They won’t acknowledge any of my complaints via any platform ignoring me via every Avenue. Please do not use Gamdom.

TLDR. Gamdom are predatory scammers.

I used to work in the gaming industry (fantasy sports) and when PASPA was repealed in like 2017 and online sports betting and online casino was being regulated by the first few states in the US, my company (fanduel) was purchased by Flutter (paddypower/betfair) which owns like a ton of other casinos like poker stars, etc. I had to setup consultations with a few experts in the fraud prevention/bonus abuse/multi account abuse world.

There were these two ex-fraudsters who became consultants (ada lovelace) to fraud and loss prevention departments within the gaming industry. They spoke about tactics they used for multi-accounting, hiding free spins or progressive features while wagering through deposit bonuses; just overall exploiting new games and new casinos for profit.

Long story short, when I asked them about these stories I heard of folks like youself, getting their winnings taken away by sketchy websites like Vegaz Casino for instance, they said if a casino has a gaming license from Curaco you’d literally get laughed at for complaining about their ToS or UX or whatever. It’s the joke of the industry. You don’t provide KYC and they can just do whatever they want.

As a gambling addict that is solely addicted to slots; I self excluded using Gamstop from all fiat casinos. Blockchain isn’t even monitored to deter multiple accounts being filled from the same wallet, there’s no hope. It’s predatory when a casino fails to monitor the blockchain there’s no way to monitor the player.

I’m not even lying when I say I’ve spent 10s of thousands of dollars in unregulated, disgustingly unethical “casinos” such as PornHub casino, (yes, it exists. No I’m not a porn addict, I am addicted to slots though) Roobet I’ve bought over 30 bonuses on pragmatic games and never had a money back buy, asked support if their rtp was rigged and they banned my account -
I’ve tried everything to stop, I can go weeks just watching streams and have no urge, then suddenly there’s a switch and I’m an uncontrollable degenerate. I don’t do drugs but these games and the addiction I’ve gotten from them have messed with my mind, left me lonely and suicidal.

This is why the warning of Gamdom needs to be spread - due to their abuse. It isn’t all casinos and there are some that don’t withhold funds, but even the good ones don’t protect problem gamblers

It sounds like you know the solution to this, and probably the only thing that’s going to save your life - is to get help.

I agree though, the casinos should be at least making an attempt to mitigate problem play but since these guys are unregulated in curaçao they don’t give a fuck and just want the money.

It sounds like there might have been a chance they banned you on gamdom for your gamstop ban as well. When I worked in problem player/gaming compliance work we got reports from many different orgs with data we could use to cross check,not just names but all sorts of metadata, our databases to what these watch orgs were providing.

You should have been refunded all your deposits and revoked of winnings if that was the case - but again this curaçao, and regardless when you agree to the terms of a website or platform, most of the time they can do whatever they want with your account by their own discretion.

their company is called Greco now I believe. I think they have some videos on their background, how they used to borrow family and friends PII to multi account and get sign up bonuses, used hundreds of different laptops and devices to skirt multi accounting, etc. They’re really good guys and they’re blowing up in popularity with the advent of online casino in the US.

I’ve tried with that too; probably the most popular crypto site that I also lost another $135,000 on, (bipolar mania causes the most disgusting swings) presented casino with proof and they point out terms of service “you accept you’re not self excluded in any jurisdictions”
That’s the fucked up, unethical thing with all casinos that don’t take responsibility in providing safe and responsible settings for players, or serious prevention in protecting players.

I’m doing absolutely everything I can to stop. I’ve had family take my ledgers from me, then I’ll order a new one, when my parents are working I search the house and find it, switch it out for the new empty one and then deposit again.
I borrowed money from friends so I could gamble, then would tell my parents that I was lending my friends money and they’d watch over me while I sent them back money I had lost the night before, whilst my parents thought I was loaning them money.

If this was in the US you could sue for neglect to prevent you from gambling after self exclusion, however it’s not, and so you’re going to have a much tougher time trying to get money back via a lawsuit with gamdom.

I still think it’s possible though, or at least if they saw that you’re engaging in a legitimate lawsuit (whether that’s due to affiliate related neglect, not sure if they’re held accountable which is why I think you can direct it back to gamdom) they might refund you your deposits after seeing an official law firm letterhead.
