Hello, this has been asked a lot a few months / years ago and i went through the posts but couldn’t find something that still works… I bought a firestick and wanted to use VPN + Netflix. Anyone know any free VPN’s ? or anything that helps me get to other Netflix languages? i dont really care about IP hiding or whatever. Just need to change the netflix “server”. hmu if u can help please :)!
Won’t work with 99% of the VPNs out there, especially any “free” ones you can find. Netflix (and others such as BBC iPlayer, etc) actively block VPN access. Some such as NordVPN and ExpressVPN advertise success in this arena, but they are definitely not free.
No free VPN is a good VPN. Surfshark is what I use and it’s great. Can confirm it works fine on netflix and the like (tried to get it work work on PlayStation store but couldn’t). Think I paid like £60 for 3 years unlimited devices. Worth every penny.
If you are looking for US Netflix, then you could give https://www.smartdnsproxy.com/ a try. It is not free but I have been using for long and it works perfectly,
