TunnelBear VPN software I think is the source of an annoying bug. I go to uninstall it, but I feel too bad to do it…

And it gets worse.

Is the bug that you have to authorize firewall access everything you restart?

Someone litteraly just gilded the whole entire front page

What VPN product was it that doesn’t allow to use torrents on their VPN? Was it TunnelBear?

Almost as bad as G2A crying faces

awww :frowning:

this lowkey makes me want to buy this…

The need to uninstall a certain program is proportional to the amount of whining said program does when you go to uninstall it.

Fuck you, iobit.

And that, my friends, is the power of graphic design.

IF you want it just for your google chrome browsin’ try this instead.

I feel bad for not feeling bad when I uninstalled it :frowning:

How dare you put the bear in the friendzone!

When will this stop being reposted

I installed it once just to see if it worked like it should, as some VPNs really do suck, and I decided that if I ever did need a VPN, I’d have to go with this one just because of how much character they put into it. It doesn’t really affect the usage, but it makes me happy seeing how much personality the developers put into their work.

They’ve changed uninstall window slightly.

Also their wonderful piece of s…oftware has left my networking is semi-screwed-up state. OpenVPN not working, random network apps not working.

Dat bear got a nasty virus of sorts.

Big fans of the G2A strategy, eh?

I’ve never used Tunnel bear, these make me want to install it!

Yes. That’s exactly it.

I don’t know why, though. I’ve had TunnelBear installed for a while and have not launched it in a while either, so it couldn’t have been a recent update. Only recently has it started prompting me for firewall access every time I start things like Chrome. Chrome mostly; as some of the rest of my programs are not prompted every time they’re launched (e.g. Discord, Steam, etc).

Same here. Removed it last week. I had it installed for a few months without issue. I’m on Windows 10. Guessed a new windows update caused the conflict as I never updated the TunnelBear client itself.

Holy shit thank you. I’ve been hhaving this problem since i installed tunnelbear, I just didn’t put 2 and 2 together.
