Help, im also stuck on that page.Clearing cache does not solve it either. :frowning:

I just wanted to create a post about this. Keeps getting stuck at 7% for me. Is there a way to contact their support without logging into the game?

And i thought my internet was just shit. Can we get an update if you found a solution?

Same. After a few minutes, I get an “Essential resources error”.

Had the same problem. Using VPN helped for some reason.

Solved. I think they patched it

I had my game freeze while patching. Restarted and now I just get a black screen after the Tourdog Studios logo, I can hear the music on main screen though.

E: reinstalled and running fine now.

I literally just kept closing it when it said download failed and restarted the downloaded. Eventually it went through.

I was having the same issue but on Bluestacks. I found this post, read about trying a VPN and booted up Surfshark connected to Canada and got it to update in one try. Failed like 10+ times before that and kept freezing while it was updating.

VPN def seems like the solution.

I get it now. First download Turbo VPN. Turn on VPN and connect to a server(any country, i picked US or Londer from England). Go back to your download(Alchemy stars) then an error pops up (Failed to…). You will be brought back where the [GAME START] is. Next, go to your VPN, turn it OFF, then click Game Start.

Hope this works.
