Should I download using a VPN?

I think I read somewhere on the official One Pace site that I should download the episodes using a VPN as well. Why is that so?

I have been pirating my whole life using torrents and have never used a VPN just for downloading.

Also on a side note are most episodes 1080p? Because a major turn off for me was 720p only for episodes.

If you think you should if you have money, buy one. Opera GX has one free in it’s browser, don’t know how good it is. Idc, I just download. If someone will have a problem, well, that’s the point of being a Pirate!!!
