I am from Belgium but currently in the USA, and I would like to watch Streamz (a platform from Belgium, but you can also watch in the whole of Europe.)
But even with obfuscated servers, Streamz still detects I am using a vpn?

IMO, you don’t need obfuscated servers to stream.
Make sure you’re using OpenVPN UDP as opposed to TDP in your Nord connection settings. Can’t recall if obfuscated servers also work with TDP or just with UDP, so you may already have the correct setting.
Then you would just click Belgium instead of going via obfuscated.
Before doing this, Google “disable ipv6 windows” and do that.
VPNs don’t cover IPV6 so some websites will use those to see your real location. If you disable your IPV6 address, you’ll be able to see if it’s that or if if they just have identified Nords servers as being a VPN.
Lastly, clear the cookies for “streamz” and restart your computer before trying again.
If you’ve taken these steps and it still doesn’t work, then they probably just have Nords servers pegged as a VPN and you may not be able to do anything further.
Fwiw, I regularly use Nord for streaming from various countries and it works like 95% of the time.
Occasionally, I’ll need to try a few servers before it works.
NORD never worked for me. Regardless what I tried I never got a connection on my laptop or iPhone. Their customer service just sends form letters telling you to try this and try that and none of their solutions worked
What about the obfuscated servers
