The only way for international to get 3-4 is to buy them from Microsoft.
Its so frustrating, I normally buy all my DC stuff on AppleTV, this stupid franchise licensing is forcing me to use a different platform for one show.

There are no other options for Canada that I can find, I have scoured everywhere. They were supposed to be on StackTV through adult swim earlier this year. Nothing.

I caved and bought Young Justice Phantoms. But I am not super inclined to buy this one.
S1-2 are a lot better than s3-4. The writing was so much tighter, both comedically and narratively.
Seasons 1-2 are like the cool kids’ club, but the rest of the seasons are like the awkward third wheel trying way too hard to fit in.
They’re available on Blu-ray. That’s ultimately the best option. You never know when they’ll cancel a show or licence it to another platform. HBO took off West World when they licensed it to the Roku channel.
If it comes to it and your only way to watch is to pay, I still wouldn’t do it IMO. The last two seasons are such a far fall from seasons 1/2.
Instead of buying all the seasons wouldn’t it be cheaper to pay for max until the show ends then cancel it?
Going to be real with you, it peaked in S2 and has been down hill from there. S3 was fine but flawed and S4 was straight up bad. S2 is the best time to jump ship.

You can buy all 4 seasons in YouTube TV. I still don’t get why they aren’t available on Apple TV. It’s like they forgot or don’t care.
3 is on bluray. No official word on 4 or the Valentine episode yet. Still waiting.
Yeah I keep seeing the Bluray, but purchasing from an online store is just as good as I do not want hordes of discs I dont really collect and the service like Microsoft store is 99.99% unlimited on a purchase. So that’s why I have been eying it there.

HBO Max is blocked and licensed through Crave. But Crave did not pick up Harley Quinn.

I don’t typically buy on youtube, and I have other media on Microsoft already, that’s why I go there.
Here’s the reality, trying to be objective. Seasons 1 and 2 have extremely strong narratives and are funny. Season 3, most people found the comedy up to snuff, but the narrative is clearly not as focused/strong as 1 and 2. That said, it DOES have one of the best episodes of the series, both narratively and comedically, and many people liked finally seeing Harley and Ivy together.
Season 4 changes showrunners and, as well as tone and style. The comedy doesnt feel the same. Some people were fine with it. Some people didn’t like the new direction.
Season 5 has the showrunner from season 1 and 2 returning. He has also been showrunning Season 1 of Kite Man, which feels like a return to the style of comedy from seasons 1-3. So many of us are excited for season 5, even if we weren’t big on 4. I’m in that camp. But even I’m doubtful they can get back to the highs of season 1 and 2. But it’s still a great show, imo, at s3/V Day special level quality.
It’s an exaggeration. 4 had lots of great stuff. Time travel and more Batgirl especially. Frozen Dick was hysterical.
