I can't log in to my Career Account...But only on mobile!

Like it always works on pc, but whenever i do it on my phone, it tells me my username or password is wrong when I literally checked each character I was typing…And this is an issue because I can’t always whip out my computer :sob::sob:Does anyone know a fix…

eta: nvm. when i carefully typed it on my pc it didn’t work either. I guess i was making a mistake every time I typed fast on pc?? idk but I reset my password.

change browsers on phone, clear cookies/cache

ask Purdue IT help desk (Purdue IT Service Desk | Purdue University IT) - they are helpful. A few days ago, I was having a similar issue with Purdue’s VPN - they told me of some recent changes to the VPN login system, and my problem was resolved.

Just did and it still doesn’t work :sob:
