Is there anyway to download using a vpn on ios?
you force close the store to make sure its actually closed, then connect a vpn to canada, then open the store and search for r6 mobile (this only works if your account has no payment info linking it to a country, if thats the case with yours make a new apple/google Account). might take several tries but it will eventually work. download it, then you can disconnect the vpn, you dont need it for actually playing.
I don’t think u need a vpn to download it 
just change the country on the App Store and download it
