A lot of people have used the apkpure app, which I believe is available on ios as well as Android (I use Android).

There are two good websites I know that help with chapters, events etc. They’re in Japanese but if you have a browser like Chrome it should be able to auto-translate it.
Additionally, depending on where you are in the world, you may need to pay with a VPN since some kind of EU regulations stop you playing from there (I’m from Australia, so I don’t really know the details).

If your on android use something like tap tap or qooApp so you can download an apk. If your on iOS I can give you a tutorial as you have to make a new id to access the Japanese apple store in order to download it.

FYI I’ve added a few notes on the last few minutes, just in case you’ve missed them. Good luck!
1-First create a new random gmail account
2- go to the create a new Apple ID website
3- use the new gmail account as your email so you can receive the verification email
4- put your region as Japan
5- go to a an address generator to get a fake Japanese address* (note that the Japanese address is written weirdly so search how to input Japanese address into a form)
6- for the phone number use your real phone number it’s just another verification
7-for payment method put none.
8- when you have created it login only through the App Store so other things on your phone don’t change
9- also store the email and password is password so you can login more easily next time.
