How to download on Android?

Hello newbie here
I heard about this game for a long time and wanted to play and was waiting for global release

But now it’s been months idk still in pre-registration so how to download the game on Android

I tried using vpn
I open a Google account ( Singapore,japan vpn)and go play store after clearing cache but stills shows pre-register

So do I download from other websites???
Any problems??

Maybe use a vpn under a North American country or wherever it’s available. Make new accounts on anything and try downloading it with vpn on as well. All I can think of. If it works that means u have to play with vpn turned on too.
