Hi, I’m doing some research to find a VPN which can work consistently in Russia, has a dedicated IP and can be used on iPhone (on Beeline), Macbook and can be installed on the router.

Used it. But it stopped working for me already.
Asking for VPN recommendations on social platforms is a good way to get that VPN blocked. If you want something working ask in personal chats or look yourself.

You need find VPN which working on VLESS protocol, it’s most stable variant
And I can’t say anything about Cyber Ghost VPN, I haven’t used it. (I think it doesn’t work.)
