Careful out there. For this specific use case, rather than looking for a VPN app, I would suggest looking for a good Usenet provider and NZB indexer. It’ll cost you a small monthly fee and requires a bit of technical know how, but if your Internet connection is good, you can download and archive all the porn you could possibly watch in a lifetime. Just don’t tell Ken Paxton.
I’d think that using a reputable VPN provider is a better and more technically feasible solution for the average user. It’s not hard to google reputable VPN providers such as NordVPN, ProtonVPN, or Windscribe.

The Opera web browser is free and has basic VPN functionality built in. You don’t need to set up a user account.
Download the browser, turn on the VPN, and you’ll be all set to anonymously visit obscene websites like kenpaxton.com.
Edit: As u/Legionof1 kindly pointed out, a Chinese consortium purchased Opera from its Norwegian founders back in 2016 - I did not know that.
Probably best to look at other solutions, just to be on the safe side.

Learn a bit of cloud computing. I have a Wireguard server running on an AWS Lightsail server for $3.5/no for endless VPN for when I travel. I guess it’s helping in other ways now too.
