I don’t know if this is happening to anyone else, but for some reason FastVPN will only work if I log out and then log back in before each use. It’s very annoying and I’ve also had it happen that without any indication, the application simply quits and the log file says it hasn’t worked for several hours.

I have frequent connection issues with FastVPN as well. Thinking of switching services and came here to see if it was just me or if others have found a solution.

Same here. It will definitely be my last year with them. All of the problems that everyone is describing plus more. It’s absurd, to think that you might actually get a service that you pay for in this era. Highway robbery.
I would send via email to support. That would give the reps what they need.
I am having same problem too and DO NOT WANT to shutdown computer do to some bios issues I am having…it wants me to log back in and I even log back into namecheap.com and still not letting me start up fast vpn…frustrating
