Does my chosen VPN specifically need a Russian server, or are there any other servers that might work?

Sorry I’m sure you guys are tired of VPN questions. Just wanted some quick clarification because I’m not too savvy on tech matters.

I already pay for a vpn that I have to use daily. Specifically, I use mullvad and it doesn’t seem to have a Russian server due to privacy laws I guess. Are there any other places that I can use to try and play the game in Europe or do I specifically need a Russian server? I don’t really think I can pay for another vpn but was just curious. Thank you in advance.

Try AVG VPN, it has a 7 day free trial which can be renewed by reinstalling. It has almost every country including Russia and I also have a ping of 40-60 from Germany.

NordVPN works with Ukraine, that’s what used since I already had it

I have a steady 63ms RU connection via “Belarus” on VPN express. (im from Belgium)

Its the only one (ukraine, georgia, Moldova) that has not giving me any D/C while playing on the RU servers.

How is your ping/lag?

I have nordvpn and am considering playing and trying a bit before the CBT with it.

Almost never had issue with ping, but I didn’t do pvp, but in raid it was not noticable. It was maybe 200ms but this game is good with latency.
I’m in France though so your experience might be different.

Is there a guide out there at all on how to install it and the english translation and set up the vpn?

Also in nordvpn you can select specific apps to use the vpn so that not everything goes through it. You’ll have to add the gameCenter and Lost Ark to the vpn
