This problem started occuring today. I tried different settings, restarted laptop, changed country. Nothing has worked. It started occuring after downloading the latest VPN update.
What app version do you have installed? Have you tried reinstalling the application to see if this helps?
If the issue persists after reinstalling, would you mind sending us a screen recording of the issue in a DM (you could upload the video on Proton Drive and share the link), or by reaching out to us via the ‘Report an issue’ option in the app menu ? Is the Connect button greyed out, are you seeing some error messages, or similar?
Remove the Proton VPN app and then restore it to see if that fixes the problem. Also, check to see if your firewall or antivirus software is set up in a way that is stopping the link. Should the issue still happen, getting in touch with Proton VPN support might help figure it out.
there’s more issues now. anytime i click on a tab in the 3 lines menu on the top left, it disappears after a second. i signed out, signed back in and the issues persist
Same issues with me (can’t hit connect, settings windows close on their own),
App version is 3.4.3, Windows 11 23H2
i’m not sure which version i’m using. The ‘connect’ button isn’t grayed out. there’s no error message
