Brand new Win11 reinstall. Happened to review my net stats and noticed that over the last few days ESET has dominated my outbound traffic.
I’ve checked the destination it’s sending data to, it’s a valid ESET IP.
What’s it doing?
It’s probably sending unrecognized stuff to a server that has more computing power to analyze it better. If you just installed a bunch of stuff then that could be part of it.
u dont need eset just run windows defender.
I think Eset now provides a VPN service on certain tiers. Never used it myself but maybe you used it while hosting or sending files.
