VPN Windows 10 Always On

Hello, I have a problem with VPN, I have a Mikrotik equipment which is a VPN server, and one of the equipment that I close to VPN is with a Windows 10 machine, which is in a very remote location, because of this, often ends energy or gives a problem on the internet and the VPN falls and does not connect again. Only connects if it goes there and reconnect.

I was wondering if you have a way to always be connected to VPN, if you fall VPN, try to reconnect. Or will I have to create a script somehow to test VPN?

If you have any tutorial there would be a good help, or there is something I have not been able to see, the tutorials I found did not help me much. If a client VPN is the solution is already great too, I just need any recommendation.

Hello, I thank you for your help, but this only connects when you turn on the PC or restart, I need in a way that if the internet falls it will connect even without restarting the PC.
