VPN Trust.Zone may be compromised

Here’s what happened this week:

I recieved an email from [email protected] promising some upgrades, then sends me to “itrustzone dot site”… is you mailing list compromised?

Then they answered me to forward the email to the exact mail I thin is compromised (of course I did not follow up)

Yesterday and the day before yesterday they had outages, and a lot of downtimes

Then today “they” advertise this shady looking “itrustzone dot site” via twitter promising too good to be true offers https://twitter.com/trustzoneapp/status/1277163389446389766

so either their management changed, their marketing fails, or they have been compromised. anyone else with similar insights?

I also had server issues these past few days, and this affiliation thing sure does seem weird. There is a blog post about that on their website from the 23th of June, but that’s all I can say.
