VPN doesn't work with some streaming platforms

Hi! I created this account just to ask this question.

I currently live in Europe and I’ve been trying to access three streaming platforms (HBO Max, Disney+, and Star+) using VPN to connect to my home country where I have these accounts. I was able to do so a few months ago, but it’s been a few weeks, maybe a couple of months, that that’s not the case anymore. I get to the home page and sometimes I can even try to log in but that’s it. I’ve tried it with Prime Video and it works, so I don’t know what the problem could be. I can also access Disney+ and Star+ from my smart tv, I just can’t access live content, which is what I want the most. Any ideas? Help a desperate girl!

Most of these companies are now blocking VPN ip’s so it’s becoming more and more difficult to access with any VPN…good luck

You need a VPN server running at a residential address that you can connect to. Any friends or family in your home country with enough technical savvy to hook you up to their local internet connection ? I think there are also residential VPN providers out there.
