Nord VPN has a habit of re quirking you to log back in whenever they want you to change your password or add more configurations. Now it is requiring Touch ID which doesn’t work no matter how many times Or different ways I put my thumb on the red thumbprint. What’s going on? Can I not use Nord VPN on my iPhone anymore?
IIRC there was an issue way back with a bug, but I haven’t seen it after the fix, but you could try the solution that was offered back then:
"Navigate to the Settings menu from the home screen. Select Touch ID & Passcode tab. Enter the passcode in order to access the menu. Select Turn Passcode Off button. Confirm by selecting Turn off button. Re-enter the password again.Once the passcode is disabled, please launch the application, grant the VPN permissions and establish the first connection. You can re-enable the Touch ID afterwards. "
