I received an email this morning offering Visionary.
Iβm started out a year ago with the Unlimited Plan and then bought the Family Plan when that offer was rolled out last week.
When I clicked on the link in the email all it said was:
Your account was successfully updated with this promotion.
Thanks for supporting our mission to build a better internet where privacy and freedom come first.
I expected to see a screen where I would pay for the increased service but all I saw was the success message above.
When I click on manage my account it still says Iβm on the Family Plan.
Can you advise me on what I should do next?
Can you DM us your username so we can look into this?
