And guess what I noticed that two days earlier they had taken £57.99 from me for surfshark one, via Google play. So I’ve paid twice for the vpn, and get this I have zero access to ones features. Surfshark are demanding another £57.99 to access them!!!
So the app lied.
Shady vpn. I actually had to contact them to refund my subscription. Mine expired the 14th of this month and I made sure I turned off auto renew. And these mfrs charged me. Got a notification from my bank about the charge and declined that shit. Charging without permission. You should all stay away. I heard proton is an actual good vpn.
Solve the problem easily by just requesting a chargeback with the bank or credit card regarding any recent transaction. Call them. Banks usually reverse the payment after saying you didn’t authorize for the payment to go through.
I am trying to get an offer from them. I could do with a decent price.
£40 sounds a bargin. My renewal due next week. Might hold out. Pray I get the same offer

Okay, just got the cancellation confirmation from Google. Surfshark thankfully responded quickly to my complaint.
This isn’t unusual.
In my case, despite a card of mine having expired in 2021, I have been continually charged for several years now using those old details. How is this even possible? Even the card number is different now.
Surely this is fraud. I will be taking it further.
