Setting up PS5 Remote Play (via Chiaki) with Open VPN

Hi,

So I am trying to setup PS5 Remote Play on my steamdeck so my son can play on his PS5 when we are out of the house. I have OpenVPN setup and can connect to the local network, however I can’t access the PS5 when outside of our LAN. Any ideas? I am not double NAT’d, as I have my AT&T router set to pass thru and decos set to AP. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

edit again: adding the ports didn’t fix it.

I can stream Steam games off my local desktop with no issues via the VPN, i just can’t connect to the PS5. Is that port range correct?

I was having the exact same issue with OpenVPN. I switched over to WireGuard and haven’t had an issue since. I even set up WG On-Demand so it automatically turns on the VPN if I connect to any WiFi besides my home network.
