Please help me 
I’ve done everything I can using everything I’ve researched on the internet - using a VPN, changing my Microsoft account region to Brazil, no matter what I try I get the region lock error. What’s so frustrating is seeing that people are having success doing this, I just don’t know how! I’ve tried expressvpn and nordvpn
If anyone has a newer method that I haven’t managed to find or try yet, I would really really appreciate it. Just wanted to make as much use of the meager disposable income I have right now during a cost of living crisis to enjoy a game. Thanks.
Having a similar issue. Used to work ok. I switch to Brazil vpn and Google “redeem Xbox code”. This loads the Brazil version but as soon as I login it changes back to the Uk store/redeem page.

You should still be spoofing your location as Brazil as per your VPN, even if the website is in English. Turns out my problem was I had a Nigerian key and they didn’t tell me. Worked absolutely fine after that. Used a Nigerian VPN and visited the UK page. Again, the country that the website is in doesn’t matter
When I’m at the redeem page it has my email address/account next to it and “United Kingdom” in brackets next to it.
When I try the code it says it’s geo locked to a different region.
Ahh top man, mines also a Nigerian key. They said Brazil originally…
Now to find a free vpn that covers Nigeria. I use Mullvad but they don’t have a Nigerian server!
Yeah mine says UK too. That part shouldn’t be what the problem is, it’s just where your Microsoft account has been registered to. Even if you’re using a VPN it’ll always say that unless you manually change it. Are you sure your code is for Brazil or could it be a different country?
I used Turbo Master VPN nigeria from the play store on my android phone and it worked perfectly. I’ve noticed a lot of them don’t have a Nigeria server! But that was a free one and it worked fine. Felt like a bit of a dodgy app so I reset my account password afterwards just to be safe.

Sorted. Surfahark free trial has a Nigerian vpn. All done.
Thanks for the heads up - I would never have checked the key region and just kept assuming it was Brazil!

Yeah I had to contact support to sort mine out. First they said they didn’t know, then came back to me a day later and said they found out it was Nigerian. I’m thinking of using kinguin in the future for this sort of thing - they clearly label what country the code is from and they seem to be a bit cheaper too!
