Anyone else having this issue today??? I don’t have it installed at all and this only starting happening today.

so just uninstall the shadow client, and beta too if you have it, reinstall and try again. probably just a driver issue.
It seems simple that they think you are using this software ReasonLabs | Endpoint Protection & Antivirus Security Solutions so if you dont, their system is not very good at pointing the finger at the right problem.
Im living in Vienna. Should i use a vpn for better faster Input delay? My Internet Connection ist 500mbit
I though it could have been because of cheat engine on my base laptop (Nope).

There’s LITERALLY nothing more I can add other than what I said 
. It keeps telling me this but I do not have that installed at all and have checked everywhere on my pc for it

I figured it out. I installed utorrent and just hit “accept” without thinking and it instead RAV Endpoint with it. But I deleted it off my shadow and the message went away and my controllers started working again.

If your having a “Reason Cybersecurity” problem you 100% have a virus. I found out that this app called “Safer Web” was behind all of it. I downloaded Nox Player to use stuff but then a lot of apps slowed my pc down. After on an email saying my steam account was accessed in INDIA (note: I live in the United States) they’re had to be a keyboard scanner virus and my windows security wasn’t accessible by “Reason Cybersecurity” and on Reddit a lot of people have this problem. DONT INSTALL NOX PLAYER!

What have you installed recently? Sounds like you may have unintentionally installed something that was bundled with other software. My uneducated guess is McAfee - don’t use that because it’s awful. Try uninstalling that.
I though it could have been because of cheat engine on my base laptop (Nope), Did you say you deleted something on the shadow pc itself or the base pc to fix it? I never installed utorrent or anything like it. So is it a shadow pc issue or a base pc issue?
Ya had the same problem for awhile and Just fixed it by deleting RAV Endpoint from my shadow in programs ty for the help

what Kind of Anti Virus Software or Maleware protection have you installed ?
Or what have you recently installed in the Last couple of days or weeks ?
Maybe Something you installed latley causes Problems ?
That wasn’t the case the case for me, It was utorrent. Rev endpoint security is installed if u don’t hit decline which this time I accidentally hit accept to everything lol.

Just mcafee but I’ve had it on here since I’ve been using shadow (3 months now) this only started happening today and I’m hoping this might just be a bug for today cuz even mobile keeps crashing too (but doesn’t give that pop up since it’s on mobile)
The Problem is as far as I understand the Error Message that there is Something Messing with the Shadow services.
Can you start the system in Safe Mode or Boot in to it at all ?
It could be McAfee blocking Something that it should Not or some other App installed Something that stops or messed with the Services hard to Tell.
Best way is a Support Ticket to See If Shadow can Help.
i would start in Safe Mode deactivate all Autostart that are Not Essential which the Shadow services are they need to be on and reBoot and activated one by one Autostart element and make everytime a reBoot until the Error Happen so you can pinpoint which Programm causes the Problem.
Never tried this on Shadow AS i never needed it.
But the Problem can be that If the system is Not booting into Windows you can face the Problem that you can Not do this troubleshooting and the Windows Safe Mode May deactivate the Shadow services than you would Not have Access.
