Question about purchase

Hi. I bought Avast Ultimate Bundle 3 Years for ONE DEVICE. I created Avast account, installed 2 of 4 apps and activated. In Avast’s subscription window there is message:

‘‘Your subscription is being used on 2 devices. This is more than allowed for your single-device subscription. Please extend your subscription to cover these extra devices.’’

Looks like same activation key is used by other guy too. The other user MUST unsubscribe and uninstall these apps from his machine, at least avast support page say that:

  1. Deactivate your subscription on the original device. Follow the instructions below:
  • Open Avast SecureLine VPN and go to ☰Menu ▸ My subscriptions.
  • Click the down arrow next to your Avast SecureLine VPN subscription, then select Deactivate this subscription
  1. Optionally uninstall Avast SecureLine VPN from the original device. For instructions, refer to the following article:
