PC Works - Laptop Does Not - Same VPN Server

I have VPN service connecting via my wifi router. From that router, I have 1 Firestick, 1 Win10 Laptop, and 1 Win10 PC.

Win10 PC connects fine to Prime Video, HULU, etc. However, the Laptop and Firestick complain about a VPN/Proxy being used for the same sites. Since all devices are on the same wifi/VPN network I don’t understand why I am having this issue. I’d think they would all work or all fail, not 1 of 3 work.

Any suggestions on troubleshooting this or fixing it?

PC via ethernet cable, laptop + Firestick via wifi?

Sorry for the delay. I was traveling today.

No, all three devices are on the same wifi network.

Also, both the PC and Laptop are running the current version of Chrome when having this issue.
