Outline vpn does not work when connecting via mobile network

Hey, guys. I got a problem.

outline vpn does not work when connecting via mobile network. (via wifi everything works perfectly)

  1. the problem is definitely not in the device, because it doesn’t work on different devices.
  2. the problem is definitely not in the outline bugs, because I wiped it from absolute zero and re-configured the server. and the problem persisted.
  3. the problem is only when connecting via mobile network.

can anyone tell me what else I can do?

how to properly use prefixing? I tried using &prefix=POST%20 in the end of my ss:// key and this solved my problem by half, performance on mobile network with vpn is still poor. For example, before I’ve been able to watch 4k videos with vpn, but now I can’t even do this at 1080p.
At the end key looked like this:
ss://@:64795/?outline=1&prefix=POST%20

As far as I understand, it makes sense to use for one of the recommended ports, for example, for POST%20 it’s port 80. Personally, I found that the TLS ClientHello prefix works fine with port 443 (even though it is recommended that short prefixes are better). But I haven’t tried it with 4k videos.
