I downloaded the game and it wont go past the home screen. After i tap the screen, it doesnt show any loading bars or percentage and gets stuck in a loop. Then after you close and open the app, it only shows a black screen. Need help!
Try to reinstall, I have a s23 ultra and the game work perfectly, or restart the phone
I’m currently playing it on my s24 ultra without any issues. Maybe try force stopping the game and then clear the cache?
Ive tried doing all of those but the game gets stuck at the loading screen. I do have a laptop but i would rather have the game on my phone that way i can always play on the go
Search the subreddit for S24 and you will see this is a common problem, unfortunately I don’t think there is a solution other than playing the game on a different phone or PC.
This issue has been around for about 7months. I first bumped into this issue on bluestacks who later told me that the issue is on the development side.
They/I would have to contact the dev team and tell them about this issue and hope they would fix it.
Had this issue recently and got it resolved.
First point, ensure no VPN is on. If you have a VPN on turn it off and try reloading. This is usually the culprit.
On your laptop, back up your data to a square Enix account. Make a note of your player ID as well. This will be required at a later step.
On your mobile, if you can get to the home screen, where it shows the evercrisis logo, in the top right. Clear the cache. Try again.
If this doesn’t work, after 2-3 minutes, reload the game, repeat the step above but instead reset game data. Try logging in again. This should/may log you into a brand new account.
If that fails, delete the game and re-install and then move to the next step.
Load the game and at the home screen, go into the options and link data. This will take you to your default browser and to link via your SE profile. MAKE SURE YOU ARE ON A COOKIES ENABLED BROWSER. Browsers duckduckgo won’t work.
Once linked, and the player data in the top left matches what you wrote down earlier, try to log in and load to the profile screen with all the menus.
If all of the above do not work, reach out to the support team. They’ll advise of the above steps to begin with.
At any point you did something in a private browser or with cookies disabled, repeat the step.
