New to NordVPN, can't do anything on Windows when connected

I’m new to NordVPN - seems to work fine on my phone, but when I installed the Windows app and connect to the server, nothing works.

I tried rebooting and uninstall/reinstall multiple times, tried clearing cache and also did network flush but the issue persists.

Any recommendations or other tips/things to try?

Try to change your VPN protocol (NordLynx/UDP/TCP) and try using obfuscated servers on the specialty servers list. If that will not help, contact Nord support so they can check what might be causing this. They have a live chat button on their website.
