I am from Europe and have tried multiple ways to get videos to US audience but have been unsuccessful. So I am looking for someone who can post the TikTok’s I give and lives in US.
But if you know any way to get change TikTok region that works I would appreciate the help.

Yes because tt reads your sim and views your videos based on the region on the sim. What I did was take the sim and just put it into another phone. And use the other one and tiktok automatically pushed my videos to the usa
VPN works. Just change you’re country on a VPN the. Tiktok will get directed at that country.
So just buying an US SIM card without using VPN is helpful?

It doesn’t. TT detects VPN and punishes you with less than 200 views.
I have tried vpn and it didn’t work. I heard that TikTok detects vpn and shadow bans you.

I can explain why people are downvoting you. Neither side is wrong.
VPN-s do work. But only certain ones. And it depends on which VPN provider you are using and whether Tiktok has caught on to that one yet or not.
And technically, if they really want, Tiktok can detect any VPN by checking for the presence of an active VPN connection on the phone. They don’t even need to go into details of what IP you have etc.
I guess so. I don’t use commercial ones. I use my self-hosted VPN so I guess it’s not in TikTok’s black list IPs
