My iPhone can’t connect to the internet without VPN, and Wi-Fi doesn’t even help
In such a case, you can “Reset All Network Settings” from your iPhone settings. It may remove your VPN settings and would probably help you.

Turn off iCloud private relay, it should do the trick !
The only thing that worked for me was under Settings > General > VPN & Device Management, next to the VPN name click the little “i” icon and turn off “Connect On Demand”. This worked without having to do any other resets or changes to network settings or anything
First be sure you have no profiles installed then do a network reset.

I’m having the same issues. I’ve tried everything. Tired to completely delete the VPN and profile off the phone, no success.
Have the same problem just changed the wifi DNS from Auto to manual solved the problem

Naaa but here’s the thing, this phone is brand new, I had the 7 plus and it was experiencing the same thing, so when I got the 11 it started doing the same thing
