Japanese servers are unusable

The Tokyo and Osaka locations have been unusable for the last couple of days. I can barely browse the internet + watching videos is impossible.
I’ve tried using different servers but none of the locations are working for me. I have done the obvious things like rebooting by device, clearing browser cookies and so on but no luck.
Any advice is appreciated.

I use JP servers a lot and have no issues with them, your ISP has some routing issues it seems. What you can try is multihop, select some entry server that’s in your country or in a country close to you and set your exit server to Japan.
