Yes. It takes a while for them to verify your withdrawal, becaus3 they do it manually, until you hit Gold status (level 5), which comes with priority support and faster withdrawals, since you’ve established credibility at that point, they give you more priority. What I mean by that is, you’ve lost so much money at that point, they give you priority 
I will say, they had one good pragmatic play slot with the gold 7’s that seriously had great odds. I think they realized it, and took it away. It’s no longer on there as of last week. Anyways, my withdrawal of a few thousand took probably somewhere between 4-6 hours. Not too bad. I also will say, the more you gamble and gain loyalty points, the more bonuses they give you, and they have some great bonuses.
For example, rn they have a $300 40% match that you can use 10 times. I’d have to deposit $750 to get the $300 max match. The catch is, I have to place 10x the bonus match they give me, which in this case would be $3000 worth of bets, to convert any potential winnings at that point to cash that I can withdraw. I can’t withdraw any of that initial $750 until I do that either, unless I’ve made x amount of money in profit. So let’s say at some point before I hit that $3000 worth of bets, I had a total of $1100 in my account… since is tarted with $750 + the $300 they gave me, which = $1050 total, I’d be able to withdraw $50 prior to hitting the $3000 in bets because I have gained $50 profit over what I initially started with. Hope that makes sense. It’s a good deal, and any dollar you bet goes towards one loyalty point, even dollars they give you for bonuses.
They give you free spins as well, if you’re yhe type of guy that likes to play slots, which I don’t recommend at all online especially. They also give you matches for sports bets. Do with this information as you will, this is just my analysis of it so far.
