My knowledge of VPNs and such is pretty limited. My understanding is that it basically tricks applications and websites into thinking your ip address is somewhere else in the world and some services let you pic what country. If tik tok is banned in the US and doesn’t sell to an American company, can we still access it using VPN services?
Most likely… similar to other services ‘banned’ in other parts of the world.

Tried doing it to some banned apps in my country, most VPNs have glitch so it’s better to use proxy site instead.
