I’m hoping to see Bruce and the E Street Band in either Milan, Madrid, or Barcelona but I just found out that Ticketmaster blocks VPNs. Are there other ways for me to get tickets? Would I be able to buy via partner sites like Vivaticket using a VPN?
I’d really, really appreciate any help. This will be my first and probably only time to see them live and I’m getting quite desperate.
Why are you using a VPN? Just buy from the Ticketmaster site in the relevant country and use Google Chrome to translate the page. Make sure to select your own country during the checkout pages to ensure your billing addrerss is accepted. I have bought tickets for multiple oversees shows via Ticketmaster without a problem.
I would say you don’t need a VPN so you can disable it (unless for some reason TM is blocked in your country?). TM should allow you to buy it wherever you are.
I think the Spanish tickets will also be available via entradas and the Italian on Ticketone if you wish to avoid Ticketmaster.
I’ve tried using Ticketmaster US, UK, and the Netherlands and they all show the same message:
"Your Session Has Been Suspended
Something about your browsing behavior or network made us think you were a bot.
What can I do to resolve this?
Try again from a different device or a different location
Ensure you have enabled JavaScript in your web browser
Remove any third party browser plugins that may be running"
So I just assumed that Ticketmaster isn’t accessible from my country (Philippines)
Unsure if this is of any help but the different ticket master countries need separate accounts, eg whenever I’m buying tickets for Belgium I have to use a separate Belgian ticket master account than my UK one.

VPN is not necessary. Technically, there are many reasons why you are experiencing this, I’m really sorry. If you can, try to use a different PC and, most importantly, a different connection. I was having issues to buy Cardiff’s ticket, it was a problem with my brower caching. About Milan’s concert, notice they are essentially sold out by now. Spain ones are starting on the 7th.

This is not true anymore. TicketMaster merged my country specific accounts about a year ago.
Weird they never did mine, had to use my Belgian account for Bruce tickets on Thursday.
