I was trying to watch Avatar with Cantonese audio which is available in Hong Kong and Spain. The VPN works when I use it with my Android but not with laptop even when I’m using private browsing. Can anyone help?
EDIT: Okay I got it kind of working by downloading the extension and the app as suggested below also kind of works. But I keep getting the “Pardon the interruption we detect a VPN” notice every so often and I have either refresh or reset the whole thing. I hope they fully fix this soon, because I’m hoping to record all this when I get the chance.
EDIT2. Now nothing works except for Netflix Originals. RIP.
I assume you are using a windows laptop if so then use the Netflix app (you can download it from Microsoft store). Netflix app is working with ExpressVPN on all platforms (iOS, Android, Windows). If you’re using Mac then you’re out of luck since there’s no app for mac
This is falsehood it worked for like 5 minutes yesterday on my phone and now it doesn’t work at all again.
It will be down sometimes but most of the time it works (not smoothly tho, the connection drops every now and then like 20-30 minutes and you have to close the app and reopen it to continue watching). I’ve checked with a few regions (US, UK, Canada, Japan, and Italy to name a few) and it worked for me every time on all the regions I checked and on all 3 platforms I mentioned above except once it failed for few hours on all regions
And just in case if you wonder I use the OpenVPN-UDP protocol
