Used JP VPN. Installed NGM.exe and tried booting the game via the website. Doesn’t work with either a Nexon account or my JP Google Play account too. Was looking forward to trying out the PC version. So far have only played a bit on mobile with JP Google Play account.
Yeah I can’t get it to work either on pc. Mobile graphics are really good but pc is still better. I feel your pain I’m there too with just mobile. I even tried bluestacks still the vpn not work.
It works for me using Nord VPN with Tokyo location. Then within the game I turn on exit lag and it performs great.
I had a permanent error -9 - maintenance
Anyway is sad to play this game without battle pass at least and chance to be banned any day.
I missing a lot good new Korean mmo -_- 
One fix is to create a new Google account using japan vpn. Then log in with that.
Yeah I heard they blocked all emulators otherwise that could have been a temp fix. Also JP nexon accounts need a JP phone no. for PC HIT payments but thought I should still be able to start the game without their annoying JP ID confirmation.
I’m using Nord paid version too but same error with Japan and Osaka servers. Tried reinstalling NGM and restarting PC few times

Yeah this ain’t never coming to Western Playstores. Don’t know why not ain’t like this guy lewd stuff is anything new.
How are you logged into the Hit nexon website? You need to be on vpn, sign in with google account tied to Japan address then it will open the game
It’s something to do with the Nexon Mod Manager and or the easy anti-cheat software they are using. They have tried very hard to exclude players outside JP. I even get a red error message when I try to contact support on the website.
Be careful because I got my first account banned because of the pc vpn connect issue. Seem like we limited to mobile. Better than nothing but…feels like if this game come global this all a waste of time cause imma jump to pc…
If it never comes I suppose we got to experience it half-ass lol.
