As of today, I tried to change my friend’s Epic account from USA to Turkey using a paid windscribe, but on the Epic games website, they detected my VPN.
So I guess it’s over.
One more thing I have an epic turkish, but I used to Topup using Razer gold with my Paypal credit card or U.S. bank debit not working anymore as of 2 days ago.
Is there another way to Topup razer gold?

I have tried purchasing with my debit card on multiple different VPN’s too and keep getting this message saying
“It looks like the country you are trying to make a purchase from is not the country currently associated with your epic account. Please click here to find out if you are eligible for a country change.”.
The VPN’s that I have tried have been NordVPN (P2P and Obfuscated), Windscribe, Tuxler, Surfshark, Opera Pro VPN.
The solutions that I’ve tried:
using a FUPS card and paying that way and then I just get a generic error saying the payments been declined, but I think that is more on me trying too much and possibly getting blocked.

Creating a brand new Turkish account and using the FUPS card and also my own debit card, this gave me the generic.

But I’ll give the proxy a shot.
The free version of this extention gives your IP away.
I’m not ready to do that.
But I have an old laptop I might use that.

Your public IP will not change bro… The IP to the outside world will be the same no matter what device. You would need a different network
