Channel4 app stopped working (Apple TV)

I have PureVPN installed on my Apple TV and have been using it to access the BBC and Channel 4 apps from North America. This worked fine up until this past week, when the Channel 4 app seems to recognize the VPN and I get a “not available in your region” error despite being connected to a UK network. Are there any workarounds for this?

Same here. I can access LiveTV but the on demand content shows “Service Unavailable - this program is not available in your current location”

Setting time zone to London works for me too thank you so much

Me too! Using NordVPN. Channel 4 app would not play on my Android tablet, but changing timezone to London fixed it! Wonderful suggestion!
