First time starting online, i have norton secure vpn installed but whatever i try i cant get online to start up.

Its interner connection, you are fine i play with that all the time. Maybe its not gonna save the progress so check your internet
I’ve had this happen using a VPN. It made my internet too slow where I couldn’t play or stream anything. I had to cancel the VPN subscription because my connection slowed to a crawl. I used many VPNs and every time my internet got too slow.
Quit out the game then reload.
