Best paid VPN with private IP addresses?

I used to use Astrill (ages ago), but haven’t touched a VPN in a while

Looking for something with private IPs, is Astrill still a good option or are there better software out there now?

I don’t want to share IP addresses with other VPN users

So basically your own server? You can rent a VPS from a hosting provider and install wireguard (often with 1-click-install possible).

I don’t know of any VPN providers that provide a dedicated IP per user. That sounds pretty expensive.
