Awful experience trying to cancel PureVPN

This is very awful experience as I am trying to cancel purevpn that I am entitled to have 30 days free cancellation. I have emailed and chatted, keep saying billing department will email me for cancellation, nothing at all. It’s some kind of scam or what ?

I just want to cancel and get my full money back. A legitimate company would gladly do it as soon as a cancellation request is received and process the refund right the way.

It’s supposed that there is a cancel subscription button, some users see it, some don’t. I didn’t see it but posting here and sending a DM they solved it.

Did you suscribe on purevpn or ivacy? because I think they bought the latest, and that might be the issue.
