Theoretically yes, sometimes there are protections to try and block vpn access though so can’t know 100% until you try

I’ve been using Los Angeles server on NordVPN without issues for the first 2 preseason games, I live in Saskatchewan btw.

Yeah but as time comes they may build up their protection against vpns
